Most Wanted Event

Intramurals
The purpose of School Intramurals is to provide all students an opportunity for participation in recreational sports. Intramural sports are one of the most popular activities on campus life. It provides friendly competition, exercise, recreation, and is an enjoyable outlet for all the participants.
One of the great sports during Intramurals is Volleyball. And what makes volleyball so great is that it doesn’t require a special playing field. You can play anywhere you please with the proper amount of room. The most conventional place for playing volleyball is at the beach. However, it is mostly enjoyed by students during School Intramurals. Many Sports you may be familiar with have or certain playing field to bowling has a bowling alley. Most require a decent amount of physical effort in order to participate in. some sports use lots of equipment to play and others require none. There are even sports that many people cannot play because they can’t afford it. But, out of all sports that I could choose as one of my favorites, I would have to say volleyball is one of the best.
Regular exercise is crucial for your health because it helps keep your heart in good working order, as well as helping to prevent illnesses and diseases like cardiovascular disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes. Acting as part of a team requires that you learn good sportsmanship and how to work well with others. Playing on a team also teaches the values of hand work and fairness.
The emphasis of School Intramurals is on fun, not competition. Winning is not the primary goal but rather, the opportunity to exercise, develop leadership skills, experience camaraderie, meet new people, and learn a lifelong activity. These are the greatest rewards of intramural sports. Game/Sport is a competitive and physically demanding play that depends on how will you accept defeat, as well as how graciously you win.

School Idol!

My TEACHER, My HERO
Everyone can be a hero, not necessarily a person who can do great things and save lives but anyone can be a hero on his own simple way. A hero is a person admired for their courage, integrity, and gratitude. This person puts away self-desires to make others happy in difficult situations or circumstances. One of the heroes who have determination, patience, courage, and dedication to work that can really inspire people especially students like me are Teachers.
When talking about our own teachers and mentors, anyone would be glad to thank them, especially those who are successful and those who learned a great lesson from them. Our instructors looks out for us and teaches us lessons about life and lessons that we need to know. They also mold us to be a good person, to be polite, courteous, brave and respectful especially to the elderly. Our teachers are the one who thought me to be strong in times of failures and never give up on reaching my goals and ambitions. They add new dimensions to my already layered personality. Defining my aspirations and supplying the foundations, upon which I construct my future.
I know that being a teacher is really hard because they always meet people with different faces and attitudes that can really make them tired. However, this is a challenge for them. Even if our teachers re already exhausted, they still give their leisure time to us just to have conversation and tell some stories on many things so we can learn from those experiences.
Teaching as said by many scholars is the noblest of all professions. Considering this view point, one can likely say that no other calling is capable of existence with regards to the essential role played by the teachers in molding and shaping the minds of youths.
Teachers, you’re the reason behind our success. Because of you every year a new generation is build, a generation which is ready for the experience of life and the experience of being responsible. We salute you with your great contribution for building a better future of mankind.

We are Responsible for It>>>

Immunation: Arming Science Clubbers with Healthful Defenses toward National Wellness

What does Immunation means? As per my knowledge there is no such word as Immunation but based on my research, I have discovered that this is a combination of Ammunition and Immunization which brought to an idea of the word “Defense”
Our world was created as a paradise with fruit bearing trees, friendly animals and peaceful place to live in. Illnesses and deceases are low, calamities are limited and there is an abundance of food. People before have a long life and they’ve reached hundreds of years. However, as man’s population grow and each man has his own ambition and dreams, some people was overruled by greediness and begun to run our planet. The modern technologies brought us to a high level of living but there are some disadvantages. Deforestation had cause floods. Pollution is everywhere, in the air, lands and waters. Garbage is all around.
And because of this carelessness, we didn’t notice that these brought to a heavier challenge to human kind: Diseases. We would like our science clubbers to be armed or to be immune against diseases through imparting knowledge about different kind of diseases. To teach on how these diseases spread how to prevent it and how to be cured. Our goal is not only the science clubbers that benefit from this knowledge but the whole society and communities thus leading to national wellness. We encouraged all people, young, adult or old ones to realize the value of one’s health. We have to be aware about the different kinds of diseases that may attack us anytime. People must know how to protect himself while conducing various activities and unhealthy eating habits.
All people are steward of our environment because we are all responsible to our own way of living. It is our duty to make the Planet Earth a healthy place for everyone. Let us all help each other to solve the problems arising due to improper use of our natural resources. We have to act now to be fit and away from diseases. Because our HEALTH is our most valuable WEALTH.

Your Always My HERO!

My Greatest Hero

Have you ever thought of what a true hero means? When children say hero, they usually mean a cartoon character like superman, wonder woman and other spectacular mind made creatures that they’ve watch in television. Other people think that a hero is somebody who can do exceptional things if not everything for them. For me, my definition of a hero is someone who inspires, helps the less fortunate and overcomes personal obstacles.
About 7 years ago, we’ve lost the protector and provider of our family, my beloved father. That year was so hard for us and didn’t know how to start a new life without him. Without my dad, everything seemed to fall apart. But for my mom, being a single parent to the family was even harder. Even if she didn’t told us, I felt her true feelings that she needs to sacrifice to be apart from us for our better future. My mom is an overseas Filipino worker until now and the sole breadwinner of our family. I know that she loves and misses us so much and visits us every year to bond with us. She took us to many countless places and I will never forget any of them. My mother is also caring and she encouraged us to do well in school and at home. She always listened to my problems no matter what they are and always there when I needed someone to talk to. She’s the one person in my life that I could trust the most and who understand me well. She advises me of how to solve any problem that I encounter. She keeps telling me not to step down the stairs of life but instead, I have to climb the stairs towards reaching my dreams and goals in life. I won’t be able to make it today if she had never taught me all those lessons of life. My mom loves me ever since she carried me and she always will be for the rest of her life.
I’m very fortunate that my mom is a strong, a brave person and is willing to keep the family together. She is always trying to help others in their time of needs. She’s the best mother that i could ever have. My mother is a wonderful woman and she’s my greatest hero.

Reflection About Something

During the first quarter of our school year, there are lots of things which I learned and discovered.  One example is on how to create a meaningful essay and doing projects.  Also, I was able to manage my time on studying and giving my best on the examinations given by our teacher.  These are aside from the lessons that I have learned on our daily classes and topics.
Challenges/problems are common in us people. One of the problems I encountered is about blogging, writing a draft and etc. Blogs must be good and easy to understand, to be more helpful for the visitors of blogs. It is free for a person to write but be sure to recognize the thoughts or opinions you are expressing.
But I don’t let this problems destroy my learning. They say “In every problem there is always a solution “. In order to pass my problems like in grammar, I read English dictionaries.   Sometimes, I read books like encyclopedia at home. And I'm proud of myself because I was able to address a challenge and have a solution on it.
Moving on, I will do my best to sort out any challenges or problems that I might encounter on our classes and daily living.

Think About It!!! ( SONA 2014 )

President Benigno “ Noynoy “ Aquino III’s fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) = The transformation continues part I was delivered at the Session Hall of the House of Representatives of Batasan Pambansa Complex in Quezon City last July 28, 2014.
After the President’s introduction of all the officials and all the members who attended his fourth SONA, he started reminiscing the time when people convinced him to run for presidency. It was already 4 years back then. In his State of the Nation Address, the president tackled issues related on the education, health, job, opportunities, public service and others. He mentioned in his SONA that being a president is a big responsibility but he will always be there for the Filipino people. But indeed, he cannot do it alone and needs the help of all Filipino people for the enrichment of our country. We have to do our duty and responsibility so we can easily reach our goal for the fast transformation of the Philippines. The enhancement for the K-12 program will require a budget for more text books, chains and rehabilitation of classrooms. And it’s good to know that we have a responsible DepEd representative who handles the situation in a professional way. Moreover, the facts that the president mentioned in his SONA about the importance of education made me more eager to focus on my studies in order to help my family and have a brighter future.
We hope that the progress as mentioned on the President’s SONA even in terms of agricultural will continue for the betterment of our livelihood. I believe that our President may not solve all the problems and issues but through our contribution, each Filipino can help for the growth of our country. Please do your own share too not only for us but for the future generations.
