Every month
of July, we all know that it is the Nutrition Month Celebration. About the
theme of the celebration which is " Kalamidad Paghandaan, Gutom at
Malnutrisyon Agapan., disasters, famine and malnutrition lead to the extinction
of life of humans or can give illnesses and diseases to people.
Our nutrition nowadays had been one of the problem in our community because of the different disasters, either it is a natural or man-made calamities, that negatively affects life, property and livelihood often resulting in permanent changes in our environment. And in order to prevent the possibility of famine and malnutrition of people when there are disasters, one must be ready and be responsible in all situations. But, the only way we need in case of disasters is to have proper nutrition. If there is proper nutrition, balance diet must be also our concerned whenever we eat and this affects our physical fitness and well being. Thus, a well-balanced person reveals the good characteristics that one must have to attain proper nutrients in their body.
In order to achieve good nutrition, providing nutritional care needs to be everybody's business. So that we can easily roll with the atrocity of different disasters and calamities, and to prevent the famine and malnutrition in our country.
